RFCs and procurement
We will support you in assessing your needs and establish a thoughtful and complete RFCs for a new publishing platform (CMS, front-end, testing platforms, analytics) and any extended platform component relevant for your business (paywalls and payment tools, CRM, data management). Our rigorous process leaves no stone unturned and our deep experience in the space means we know exactly how to suss out vendor fluff from the good stuff. Importantly, our cost structure has absolutely no connection to any vendor kickbacks. We're fully on your side.

Ariane is a technologist with deep expertise across the publishing stacks, having built complex CMS and data platforms and tools for some of the largest publishers.She also founded a young venture-backed company, Helio, now defunct, thereby having been in the shoes of the super early stage founder, as well as the C-suite head of large enterprise teams.
